But I take them seriously as musicians; backed by the power of singer Eric Adams Manowar has always been a favorite of mine, and "Hail and Kill" off of 1988's Kings of Metal is one of their best. If you're a fan of music about riding into battle with bloody axe held high, and pillage and slaughter, and gorging yourself on beef and ale afterwards, Manowar has the market cornered. Turn it up!
Great choice, this is the song that hooked me on Manowar. I wore out the tape this was on that I taped off of Heavy Metal from Hell on...WBCN was it?

I was a ska and hardcore fan back in the 80's and the idea of listening to this sort of stuff was anathema to me and my friends. Fortunately middle age brought me out of that insane mindset and my wife turned me onto these guys a few years back.
It's never too late to start "Fighting the World" in the cause of true metal and Manowar, Wasp!
weren't they involved with supremacists groups? I hope you say no
Great song from a great band. Hello Brian!
Manowar was not involved with white supremacist groups, Francisco.
Manowar IS Metal.
